The planning conversation, start to finish. If a timed slot is not open on the day you wanted, we say so and offer the nearest alternative rather than holding a booking.
The first reply is written for your dates, not copied from a template. It usually covers the site order, the drive time between them, which day needs a timed ticket, and what the whole thing would cost for your group size.
From there you can swap a site, add a day, drop the guiding, or ask for the same route on different dates. Most routes get reworked at least once before they are settled — that part is normal, and it is still free.

How we use what you send
Your details have one purpose: to prepare your itinerary and reply to you. Nothing else happens to them.
- We use your name, email and dates only to draft a route, quote a price and answer your questions.
- We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone beyond the local partner who would deliver your trip.
- We do not add you to a mailing list. Replying to your request does not sign you up to anything.
- If you decide not to go ahead, ask us to delete your details and the request is removed.
Where a booking goes ahead, some details — a passport name for a timed ticket, for example — are passed to the local operator who arranges it. We tell you which ones before anything is booked.

Is the itinerary really free?
Yes. The draft itinerary and the quote cost nothing, and there is no obligation to book. We are paid by the local partners only if you decide to go ahead with a service, so the planning stage carries no charge either way.
How soon will I hear back?
Usually within one working day, and always with a written reply rather than an automated one. If your arrival is close, or falls in a Chinese public holiday, mention it in the notes and the request gets flagged as urgent.
Am I committing to anything by sending this?
No. The form starts a conversation, not a booking. Nothing is held and nothing is charged until you have seen the route, agreed the price and confirmed in writing.
What if I do not know my exact dates yet?
Send the month or the rough window instead — that is enough to draft a route and a price. The plan can be tightened once your flights are booked, and the site order usually holds either way.
Can I ask for a guide only, or tickets only?
Yes. Some travelers already have a hotel and a driver and want only the ticketing, or a guide for one specific day. Say what you need in the notes and the quote is built around that, with the parts you do not need left out.
