THREE WAYS TO REACH US

Email, WhatsApp or WeChat — pick whichever suits what you are asking. All three reach the same planners, and none of them sign you up to anything.

PICK A CHANNEL
Which one depends on what you are asking
They all reach the same people. The difference is how much detail you want to put in, and whether you are already travelling.
BEST FOR DETAIL
A longer question, a plan you want commented on, or anything with an attachment — a booking confirmation, a list of dates, a route you already drafted yourself.
BEST FOR SPEED
Short questions, a voice note, or a plan that has shifted while you are already in the country. If something has changed on the day, this tends to be the fastest way to reach someone.
BEST ONCE IN CHINA
Many travelers set WeChat up before arriving. It is the channel that tends to take over once tickets, pickups and day-to-day timing are being arranged.
Asking for a route and a price?
That works better through the planning form than through a message. It collects your dates, group and interests in one go, and it commits you to nothing.
BEFORE YOU WRITE
Four things that make the first reply useful
None of them are required. If you have them, the answer comes back specific rather than general.
- Your rough dates — even a month or a window is enough to work with. Exact dates can be pinned down later.
- Who is travelling — how many people, and whether anyone has trouble with stairs or long walks. That changes which route makes sense.
- What you want to see, and what you would skip — the tour pages show the three headline sites and what each one involves.
- What is already booked — flights, trains or a hotel. The plan gets built around the fixed points rather than ignoring them.
CLEAR BOUNDARIES
What we handle, and what we do not
Worth knowing before you write, so a question does not go unanswered for the wrong reason.
✓ We handle
- Routes and itineraries across Zhangjiajie and its neighbours
- Tickets, timed entry and real-name registration where required
- Transfers, drivers and guides, arranged with local partners
- Hotels, and which of the two bases suits your route
✕ We do not handle
- Visa applications or entry rules — those sit with the embassy or consulate
- Flights into China, or international ticketing
- Trips elsewhere in China — our knowledge stops outside Hunan and its neighbours
- Promises about the weather, the crowds or how far you can see on the day
If a question falls outside the list on the left, we will say so rather than improvise an answer. Where something is better handled by someone else, we point you at who that is.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Contact FAQ
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within one working day by email, and often the same day on WhatsApp or WeChat during Chinese working hours. Messages that arrive overnight are picked up the next morning.
What languages can you reply in?
English. Our local partners and guides work in English as well. If you write in another language we will do what we can, but English is the language we can work in properly.
Can I call you?
We do not run a public phone line. Voice notes on WhatsApp are the closest thing — easier than typing for anything complicated, and usually the quickest way to reach a person.
Should I email, or use the planning form?
Use the planning form if you want a route and a price: it asks for everything we need in one go, and sending it commits you to nothing. Email suits everything else — a question about one site, a change to a plan you already have, or a document you want us to look at.
Do you have an office I can visit?
No. We are a travel planning platform rather than a walk-in agency, and the planning happens online. The partners who deliver the trips are based in Hunan, which is why the local knowledge holds up on the ground.
NOT SURE WHAT TO ASK YET?
Two pages that usually answer it
Between them they cover most of what travelers write in about.
